"Dear Principal Monica,
I am Bank's mother. During the two years that my son in Port Hope, from not adapting to the local life to gradually excelling in school performance, your help was indispensable.
What surprised me the most was that during the graduation season, he blocked my WeChat but placed all his trust in you. With your sincere assistance, they successfully completed all the college applications.
Under your professional and patient guidance, Bank eventually received offers from prestigious universities such as the University of Waterloo, the University of Toronto, and the University of San Francisco, along with generous scholarships. He is now studying at the University of Toronto and has a top GPA.
This growth and trust have always been deeply engraved in the hearts of my husband and me. We take this opportunity to express our most sincere gratitude to you.
Wish you all the best and keep getting better!"

From academic planning to everyday details, you have provided comprehensive support, helping children secure admission to their desired schools. Your extensive experience and dedicated guidance have been instrumental in achieving this success. What moved us even more was that you always communicated with us with great patience and sincerity. Every interaction made us feel at ease and valued. “Working with Ms. Horber during my university application process back in 2020 was genuinely one of the most reassuring and impactful parts of the whole university application journey. What stood out immediately was how warm and approachable she is. The application process can feel overwhelming and uncertain, but Ms. Horber creates an environment where you feel supported and understood from the very beginning.
Beyond that, her strength lies in her strategy. She doesn’t just help you complete applications — she helps you think critically about where to apply, why those choices make sense, and how to position yourself effectively. She guided me in identifying the right schools, understanding what each program values, and figuring out how to gather the right information and resources to strengthen my application.
Ms. Horber is also incredibly proactive. Whether it’s reaching out for additional information, identifying gaps in your profile, or suggesting next steps, she takes initiative and ensures that nothing important is overlooked. She may not always have every connection immediately available, but what’s impressive is her ability to navigate systems, find the right people, and uncover key insights that move your application forward.
Her networks, especially in Toronto, the UK and the US education spaces, is a strong asset — but even more valuable is her ability to use those networks thoughtfully and strategically. Most importantly, throughout the entire process, she builds a sense of trust. You feel confident that you’re on the right path and that someone capable is guiding you through each step. That peace of mind is incredibly valuable during such a high-stakes period.
Overall, Ms. Horber combines warmth, strategic thinking, and initiative in a way that makes the application process not only more effective but also far less stressful. I’m now graduating from Smith’s Business School at Queen’s, and I don’t know if I’d be here if it wasn’t for Ms. Horber. "

“Hearing my high school friends and university friends talk about how stressful and depressing the university application process is, I actually couldn’t 100% relate to what they were feeling, because Mrs. Horber helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. From the day I started planning what to study and what to apply for, to the day I received my offer and she handed me all the information I needed to access the university websites, she was there the whole time during the process. She also asked me to fill out some forms and questions so she could understand me better, like my family background and personal experiences. She also did a lot of research and applied for a program at a university that I didn’t know about at all, which is the program I’m studying right now. It is honestly a very important decision in my life, and it also saved me a lot of time and gave me the opportunity to study in the Concurrent Education program at Queen’s. Without her, I wouldn’t have known about this program. She also understood me well enough to know that this program suits me, which is why she applied for it for me. Overall, I felt very supported during the whole process, and Mrs. Horber always gave me very clear instructions on what to do and what to write. She is very professional and detail-oriented, and she really takes the time to understand her students and give thoughtful guidance. She helped me go through the whole application process very smoothly, and I didn’t really feel much stress or worry along the way.”

“I am very impressed with Ms. Horber’s college application services. She has a deep understanding of students’ needs and is also outstanding at guiding and editing application essays. In addition, she knows how to encourage students at just the right moments, which really helped build my confidence. She has extensive experience with applications to art schools, and she was able to answer all my questions about the process thoroughly. I am so thankful for all the help Ms. Horber provided with my application!”

She walked me through every stage of the process with patience. Her support gave me the confidence to put forward my best self, and I’m sooo thankful for her help, time, expertise, and care!”

“During the application process, I felt very supported and guaranteed for every single step. Mrs Horber has help me prepared every essential material for universities including resumes, activity list, personal statement, etc. She knows well about the application process and system for different countries and different universities or colleges. She has helped me apply to about ten universities and colleges in both the United States and Canada. I am really thrilled about the offers and scholarships I got. The results really went beyond my expectations.
The whole process was very structured. At the beginning, Mrs. Horber will help us prepare for the application in advance, for example, research our dream schools and schools that are best for each of us. She helped us refine our resumes and personal statement and organize what we have in hand. Even after we received the offers and have chose our most satisfied option, Mrs. Horber made sure we have everything we need for the next step and enrollment.
The most important thing about applying to universities is that we need to know ourselves really well. And Mrs. Horber really helped us to figure out what we really wanna do for college and what are the best options for each one of us. She is very understanding, responsive and accountable.”

“You are very responsible for the application process. Communicate patiently and effectively, and also complete the application materials meticulously. You have a thorough understanding of the application platform and process which can make students feel at ease about their university applications.”
